It takes approximately in between 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Cashier Check or Money Order payment are only accepted via phone order.

Smaller Items (under 70 lbs.)
Smaller items up to 70 lbs. will ship via UPS / FedEx Ground Service. Please contact our shipping department for detail shipping cost. Some items shipped by UPS / FedEx may have an oversize fee, this will cause shipping price to increase. Please call to verify item stock status and shipping cost.
Larger Items (over 70 lbs.)
Items over 70 lbs will ship via other Freight Truck company. When Freight Truck company is selected we will arrange delivery with one of several freight companies that we deal with on a daily basis. The freight company must be able to access your area with a large truck (sometimes an 18-wheeler). The trucking company will call you before attempting to deliver the item. Make sure someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid day time phone number for them to contact you. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.
All shipments ship from California, United States. We need 1 business days to process orders. Our cut off time is 3:00 p.m. PST. Any orders places later than 3:00 p.m. PST, it will process next business day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and no packages will be shipped on these days. There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. Items that are not available for immediate delivery will state they are "temporarily out of stock". We may be expecting a normal shipment from the manufacturer or the item may be on back-order from the manufacturer. Usually we are restocked in a matter of days but on occasion an item can take weeks to be restocked. You can always contact us to find the current status of a certain item you wish to purchase.
Returns and Cancellations Policy
Warning! "Manufactures defects will only be covered" There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance, all sales are FINAL! Any unauthorized packages returned without packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns on final sale/sold as is/used merchandise, vehicles, trailers, engines or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please email to email@example.com ONLY to request a cancellation. We will issue a full refund for you if the order has not been shipped and/or is not pending shipment. Once the merchandise is shipped, the order may not be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping freight charge, and the return freight charge. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the procession of your refund.
T-Motorsports attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We strongly suggest our customers please inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged during the shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide you with free replacements parts within the warranty period. However, original shipping and handling are not refundable! Customers are responsible for the returning shipping cost.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from T-Motorsports.All returns must be pre-authorized by T-Motorsports, please email us first before you send the merchandise back to us. Merchandise returned within 24 hours of receiving the product and item must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging. We will not accept any scooter returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area, and you may contact your state legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles.
If you are returning the product, you must read the following terms thoroughly! Only after an inspection of returning product, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. You must meet all the following terms to qualify for a refund:
The products must be returned in unused and resalable condition in its original packaging. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be returned. All manuals must be unmarked.

A8. Is it safe for my children to ride on these items?
Children should be closely monitored and supervised by an adult at all times. Children should always wear protective gear such as helmets, knee and elbow pads while riding. See our safety page for further safety instructions.
A9. Is it legal to ride these electric/gas powered scooters and pocket bikes in my area?
We strongly suggest our customers contact your local law enforcement for regulations in your area concerning your electric/gas scooters and bikes prior submitting an order.
A11. What exactly is a pocket bike?
It's a miniature racing motorcycle. They stand about 15 to 21 inches high depending on the model and brand and they weigh anywhere from 40 to 95 pounds, and are just pure fun to ride. They may look like toys to some people but these machines are built to high quality accuracy and proportion of a world-class bike.
A12. What are the differences between a two-stroke and four-stroke pocket bike?
"Two-stroke" engines burn the gas and lubricating oil together as part of the combustion process, which results in greater lower end torque, fewer moving parts and greater fuel efficiency. "Four-stroke" engines are more closely related to car engines, in that they keep the lubrication and fuel systems separate, which keeps emissions down considerably since there is no oil burned in the combustion process, unlike with "two-stroke" engines. Most modern scooters utilize four-stroke engines, though many modern scooters also use two-stroke engines, especially in 50cc models. One major disadvantage of four-stroke engines is that they are prone to overheating when run at maximum speed over several hours, leading to serious internal damage. Two-stroke engines do not have this limitation.
A15. How do pocket bikes handle in comparison to a full sized motorcycle?
A pocket bike handles much like a larger motorcycle, but because the wheelbase and weight are much less, it changes direction quicker. The front wheel of the more powerful pocket bike models can rise up without hesitation with the application of power; also due to the short wheelbase, they can turn very quickly. This in most people’s opinion adds to the fun factor, but demands that the rider has protective clothing, and is familiar with the bike in question.
A16. Where should I ride these mini motors?
A pocket bike should never be ridden on the street. It should only be ridden on hard surfaces with no traffic. With permission, a large parking lot or other privately paved area can be an ideal place to ride. Always be aware of your local laws pertaining to this type of recreational activity. Laws can and may vary depending on which state or country you live in.
A17. Where can I get the replacement parts? Are they expensive?
We carry most of the common spare parts in our warehouse. Parts for scooters are also available at most of bike - scooter shops. Most pocket bike parts are reasonably priced and inexpensive to purchase.
