* Lift gate service is a hydraulic lift at the back of the truck to help customer unload items. Not every truck has that lift, so it has to be arranged ahead with a fee of $50.

If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the product. Once signed for, we nor the trucking company is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery receipt. Damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and photos are required.
